After 15 years of creating and organizing wine classes and almost every culinary event imaginable (way before Bacon events became popular), TasteDC is launching as a One-Stop Site for Food and Drink Events. So if you’re searching for the perfect cooking class (from Knife Skills to Baking, from French Bistro to Sushi) or you want to learn about wine (or craft beer, whiskey, Sake, Cognac, or how to make killer Cocktails), we will cover all the events and package them so that you can get the information you want – quick and efficient – and you can take your Foodie to the next level!

Bio – Charlie Adler

Author of “I Drink on the Job” (http://www.idrinkonthejob.com), Charlie has created and organized over 1,000 tastings and 200 cooking classes in the Washington, DC area since 1997. Starting with wine tastings, he began developing events around food and drink in the DC Region and eventually the offerings expanded to cooking classes, beer and whiskey tastings, multi-course wine dinners and many cultural events at local Embassies. Part Foodie and part wine lover, Charlie enjoys both teaching classes and attending a multitude of food and drink related events. “I drink on the job” is his motto, but his favorite quote is “a meal without wine is breakfast” – Cheers!
